Our FIRST Dodger game, Zachary Chun.

TH, 090409 @ 12:15AM
Hiya Zach. Aww, don't you look cute in that photo. Check out how you're holding the cap too. Too cute. I love it. Well, this is a big post. Number 9-0. I think that was the reason why I was on edge about finally writing something. I wanted to be able to update, upload, and link to your .doc file. Hmm, let me see. Oh yeah. In case I didn't mention in the past, I added a html feature from daily motion a while back. It's caught my interest so much, that I actually spend time watching all of my favorite Wonder Woman episodes. I don't remember the storyline because I don't think I spoke English back then. I just remember gazing into Lynda Carter's eyes and thinking how beautiful she is. All guys have some star that they gawk. You probably don't have one yet, but you will. Mine was Lynda Carter which is why I favorited her and her shows. Believe it or not, the show was very hip and modern at the time. I laugh at it now, but back then, they did stuff on that show that was groundbreaking. Every stunt or special effect held me on the edge of my seat and I remember hollering for more. Times have changed so much since then. I actually remember some of the 'modern' stuff, like a push button telephone. Even the rotary ones too. I laugh every time they use a CB for their calls from a car, but back then, it was high-tek. I watch these episodes a lot differently than I did as a kid. I didn't have a basis to compare from as I do now, so I didn't analyze like I'm doing today. It was just a wonderful show that entertained me greatly. Anyways, watch them if you have hours and hours, or better yet, days and days to kill. In terms of IGIAs, I'd have to give it a IGIA6 for all the episodes. Again, it is very, very dated and you won't be able to reminisce and reflect like I can. Anyways.
Cassandra's Dream - IGIA8. This is the movie I was in the middle of yesterday. Since it is a Woody Allen film and yesterday's ratings were both of his films, I thought I'd include it here. This was a tough 8 to give because it's not at the caliber that most 8's are in. Rather, I edged it higher because of the performances given. Mainly, it was Colin Ferrel's performance that I give it an 8 and not a 7. His role here is very different from the character's he usually plays. In fact, it's the exact opposite. His actions in this film cause so much grief and guilt, that he is being strangled from within. I thought he always performed well as the ruthless, cold-hearted killer, but his fragile performance in this film is even more noteworthy. Ewen McGreggor's performance is not as extreme, but somewhat shares the characteristics of Colin's role. The ending was pleasantly shocking as well. It ties in well and as always, questions human traits and explores into a world we can only imagine.
In Bruge - IGIA8. I'm rating this film because Colin Ferrel is the exact opposite from the character in the film above. So much so, that I liked him just as much in this film, if that's possible. Bruge (pronounced 'rouge') is in Belgium and prior to this film, I had never even heard of the city. It's a funny topic because one character is madly in love with the city while another hates it for being so historic and ancient. It shows many of the wealth of the city and I rather enjoyed all of the scenes. The plot isn't all that rich, but there are enough twists and turns to keep the viewer interested. There are many funny scenes as well. Another world, with quirky humor. The language is very strong, so you'll definitely have to wait many, many years to watch it, but when you do, I hope you enjoy it in the many ways that I enjoyed it.
Anyways, that completes my 90th posting so I'll be able to copy-paste to your .doc file. It takes about an hour, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to do my usual routine. Until next time, bye..

Christmas eve with Grandma and all her grandchildren, Zachary Chun.

WED, 090408 @ 12:29AM
Hiya Zach. I'm waiting on something ATM and wanted to post anything so that I don't miss the big 1-0-0 posting. I'm guessing it's sometime this week, so I'll have to be a busy little bee and ketchup. I know this is a terrible, unflattering photo of you and Rachel, but it was meaningful so I used it. Remember, I started using your slide show photos yesterday, so I'm just going to go in order and add images as they come up. Tonight's been kinda hectic and I guess I should share. Hmmm. Last Sunday was palm Sunday, whatever that means. Your grandma went on some prayer retreat and she's not due back until tomorrow night. Anyways, a few hours ago, your uncle Eric calls me up frantic, asking if I knew where Grandma went for the retreat. I didn't know, and it was weird for him to call so late to ask such an odd question, so I asked him why he wanted to know. He said that there was breaking news on channel 9 about some shooting spree at a Korean Retreat in Temecula and that four people were shot. WHAT?!? "Yeah, it's on right now, turn your t.v. on". Grandma didn't mention where she was going, so I started stressing big time. I hung up with him quickly so that I could listen to the breaking news. Apparently, some 70 year old dude went on a shooting spree at some prayer place out in Temecula. One person was pronounced dead and three others were hospitalized. He was on the loose in the hills somewhere and they were all wildly looking for his ass. All I had was the directions to the church that I dropped her off in, and luckily, it had their phone number. I called around 10:30, and surprisingly, someone answered. I asked quickly about the retreat and a lady was adamant about the group driving up to Big Bear Mountain. Whew! I called uncle Eric back and told him the good news and he told me to wait by the phone for further communique. Your Aunt foolishly drove all the way over to that stupid church for whatever reason. She called to ask me what I know and I reiterated to her that there was no need for her to drive all the way over to the church, but she wouldn't listen and did so. That's the last I heard from them. I didn't mention any of this to Grandpa because he would unnecessarily worry like your Aunt. What a night. The moral of the story? F God and F church. We'll talk about this in depth when we get the chance. I blog my opinion and those crazies will never leave me alone. They're all crazy, I tell ya. Especially the damn Bae's. They're the poster children for crazy Christians. F them all. I hate how I get all negative and rowdy whenever I mention any of them. I know, I should be doing a movie review instead, but this was something pretty big. I'm glad all is OK. Anyways. I'm right in the middle of 'Cassandra's Dream', the fourth of Woody Allen's last four films which were all done in London. I like it so far. So much so that I must now bid you farewell, my sweet prince, and wish you the best until we meet again tomorrow. Bye!

I'm using your slideshow, Zachary Chun.

MON, 090406 @ 11:26PM
Hiya Zach. Rather than scrounging around for good photos to post, I decided to simply download your slide show and use those photos for the added images on postings. The ones there are good, so it'll be ok, OK? Anyways, the photo above is from Circus Circus in Las Vegas. I won that Spiderman for you and you were as happy as can be. I know I look happier than you and I probably was cuz I did something that made you happy. Just wanted to post this photo to start the slide show photo thing. I'll elaborate tomorrow. Have a nice day!

WED, 090408 @ 12:52AM
Oops. I just noticed now, after tomorrows posting (#89) that I was missing the actual body of the post for this day's post. Oops. Sorry. I'll need to fill in this post with something, and what better way than to add a rating or two.
Match Point - IGIA7. I was excited to see this film mainly because I'm such a tennis freak. It's my best sport and also the sport I like the best. After renting it, I found out that it was a Woody Allen film. It gets its title from the mere fact that the main character is an ex-tennis pro who no longer tours the circuit. That's about it in terms of its relevance to tennis. It's about a guy who gains favor to a wealthy British family and entangles him in whirlwind situations with all of the family members and the relationships that develops between everyone. It shows how the rich live in London and the many frailties that exist amongst them. They're people too. I can't be certain if the ending for this film is the ending that's got my brow raised high. I think it is. If it is, I would have to bump it up to an IGIA8 because it was so juicy and tense. It's one of those classic Allen tall tales that tells a story beautifully with clever and witty dialogue. You'll appreciate this filmmaker the more you watch his films because they are all similar in a way, but all so very different in content. I'm becoming a fan because he writes his films. Who cares how he chooses to live his personal life. Judging his work according to his personal lifestyle and choices is wrong and I refrain from it entirely. You should too.
Vicky Christina Barcelona - IGIA8. Scarlett Johanssen stars in this film as well. She's Woody Allen's 'protege', so to speak. They work well together and she does a fine job delivering his tales. I liked this film very much because it shows a side to Spain that only Woody can show. It also shows a side of the artistically challenged group of players that are constantly struggling for something they can't define. And of course, the questions that typically arise from relationships and its complications are emphasized to the extreme in this film. I am also a huge fan of Penelope Cruz not because she's so damn hot, but because she's the epitome of the wildly sexy Latina that all men desire. It wasn't the plot that receives kudos, but rather the characters because they are all so extremely convincing and believable. I really enjoyed this film because it was shot beautifully with direction and intent. Watch it and appreciate it.
I think that should make this posting acceptable, don't you think? Anyways, until next time...

Is that you, Zachary Chun?

TUE, 090331 @ 9:02AM
You're going to hate me for adding the image above, but it's a FIRST photo I have of you peeing so I had to use it. Don't hate me. I think it's very cute. Anyways, just publishing this post to get this photo up. CYA when I'm ready.

Whoa. Hi son. Wow, it's been a long time. For whatever reason, I've been kinda not wanting to post. It wasn't that I was lazy or anything, it was mainly because I'm hurting so much and missing you guys too much these days. I'm very sad. What brought me back was this. Over the weekend, I went to somebody's house to help fix their computers. While I was doing so, their son, 14 year old James, was curious about what I was doing so he was hanging around. It turns out that James isn't my friend's real son. It was his second marriage and James was someone else's son. Thing about it is is this. My friend was telling me about the situation. His main point was that James had a big hole in his heart because his natural father never bothered to look him up. It was almost as though he didn't care. James has all kinds of questions on his mind and wonders daily about who he is and who he is a son to. That kinda shocked me and left me thinking. Zach. I haven't been a good father to you lately because your animal of a mother is keeping you away from me and telling you lies. I haven't wanted to fight her in court over you guys because at your age, you need your mother more than me, your father. If this keeps up though, I'm going to have to track her ass down and duke it out with her. I told my friend about this blog and he told me how important it will be to you. These words will prove your mother wrong. I care for you and your sister more than anything else on earth and I'm trying to tell you the truth by communicating with you the best I can. I really hope you realize this and know that the lies you are being told about me is exactly that. LIES. Your mother and her whole God Damned family are animals that go around abandoning their children which is why your mother thinks it's OK to do what she is doing to us. Your young now, so all of this shouldn't really get to you, but you'll realize the truth in time. Find me Zach because I miss you very much. I think about you guys constantly and wonder how you guys are doing. I want to be there for you in every way, but I can't because your mother is an animal. I have this renewed passion to ketchup and blog my heart out to you because I don't want you to ever think that I would abandon you guys. I love you both very much and will be with you guys soon. Until then, keep your chin up and be strong. I love you.

I've finally caught up Zachary Ryan Chun! Yae!

FRI, 090327 @ 10:44PM
Hello Zach. I don't think I have a single photo of you with a picture with Santa Claus, even though it's me! The principal at Antioch asked me to be Santa that year because I'm always so giddy and happy. Oh course, I said. Anything for my boy! I went straight off into my Picasa Web Albums tab in my Firefox and as soon as I did, I realized I should link it for you. So...
http://picasaweb.google.com/Espinitombre/23839WalnutStTorrance#

Now I feel like going back to it to elaborate on the comments. Lol. I'm a rather funny chap, aren't I? Whew, this CPU restarted for some reason as I was writing this and I didn't lose a single word. Good for you, Blogger and your automated saving thingy. As I was saying, I'm going to go elaborate on the comments and add my two tomorrow. CYA!
FRI, 090327 @ 10:58PM

TUE, 090331 @ 8:24AM
Good morning Zach. Oh, no! I'm behind again. Gosh darn it. I'm a head, darn it. It's kinda weird. I get excited about posting anything because it gives me a chance to somehow talk to you, but every time I do, I can't help feeling hateful to that animal for keeping us apart. It's a Catch-22. What does that mean? HW! I'm going to hurry up and ketchup again so that I can do my .doc file for the 90th posting. I don't know about you, but I'm excited about it and looking forward to it. Hmm, if I were caught up, should I have already posted it? Yes, I think so. Well, at least that reason give me incentive to hurry up and ketchup. Let me go back to my IGIAs.
Diehard - IGIA9. This is most definitely an adult action film so you should wait many, many years, but because it's such an important series of movies, I had to include them. This was the movie that made Bruce Willis the movie star he is today. Oh, BTW, when I was 15 or so, I saw him at the Palos Verdes Mall filming an episode of Moonlighting with Cybil Shephard. There is a scene in a series where Bruce Willis props up Cybil Shephard onto an escalator in order to escape from bad guys. She did the stunt herself, but there was a big problem. She was wearing a dress at the time, so as she slid down, her dress rode up and exposed her panties! Oh no! She twisted her ankle too when she landed. Ouch. Ooops. Excuse the tangent. Going back to my IGIA. This movie was very different from the action flicks back then because the hero was not fully in control most of the time. In fact, he was brutally victimized throughout the film, so we feel for him with every twist and turn. The entire film was based on a robbery, but there are enough twists and turns that'll make you sit on edge and shriek and clap. I really enjoyed this film in many ways. You can't miss it. Oh yeah, there is a scene when the cop receives the call about troubles at the Nagatomi building. He's buying Twinkies at a gas station, but when he steps out, he looks over to the building. Notice the gas prices back then. Wow. I caught it the fourth or fifth time I saw this classic. Just some food for thought.
Diehard II - IGIA8. Whenever a movie is so well made, it is very difficult to follow up with an ever better sequel. I think Godfather II is the only sequal that betters the original. Diehard II keeps pace with the action sequences, but the depth is lacking. Sure, McClain is at a disadvantage in this film as well, but he's not 'stuck' and alone as he is in the first film. There are some great action sequences that will drop your jaw many times however. It's a good film so long as you don't compare.
Diehard with a Vengeance - IGIA9. Just when you think the best has passed, they come up with an even better one! This is as good, if not better than the first film. This time however, he teams up with Samuel L. Jackson and their chemistry is what makes this film so worthwhile. They're on a quest to try and disarm a bomb at some school in New York. That's where McClain's a cop, BTW. This one is nail biting from beginning to end with enough humor to keep you very entertained. Don't miss it.
Diehard IV - IGIA8. Again, the producers were faced with the problem of trying to somehow outdo the previous movies. By itself, this is a good movie, but in comparison to those movies that came before it, it strikes out. There was also a modern approach to this one. They tried taking in some of the more modern technologies that McClain didn't want to understand. It was so advanced I sometimes had a hard time believing or understanding all of it myself. The one scene that stands out is the horrific crash in the tunnel. I wowed several times afterwards. And the fighting with the Asian chick. Good shiznit. Anyways, consider the Diehard series one of the few sequels that you have to watch. Bye for now!

Zachary Chun and his two cousins.

FRI, 090327 @ 5:27AM
Hello again, son. I had this photo waiting in the wings for too long, so I'm posting it before I'm ready. I'll have finally caught up today and I promise to do a play by play of the Walnut slide show. Until then, ciao.
FRI, 090327 @ 5:29AM

FRI, 090327 @ 10:11PM
Hello again and again, Zach. I know I promised you a play by play of the front yard project on Walnut, but there was a difficulty that would affect us both. First, it would be very difficult for me to index and refer to the photo I want to comment on. On that same note, you would find it difficult to know what it was I was talking about. SO, I just decided to add a comment in my Picasa online album to squash this issue. I wanted to write something for every photo, so it's somewhat on the slim side ATM. I'll refer back to it and elaborate on those photos that could use additional comments. I'm treating this this thing with extreme priority because it was a huge undertaking that produced more than expected results. I was thinking my efforts would grant me a B+, but the end result was actually a full blown A++. I am very proud of my very first home project in which the home was mine. I have photos of other projects as well and I'll be sharing those with you later on. There are about 8 or so photo set links I could use, but I'm so into this movie review thing ATM that I think I'll continue on. Probably because I'm still playing ketchup. This is TH's posting, isn't it? Anyways.
Kung Fu Panda - IGIA7. Kung-fu is one of my favorite genres, top 5, and this movie incorporates that with computer animation that is top notch. CGI, I believe? HW! There was somewhat of an over-attempt at humor and it only worked on a few occasions. I think about the only reoccurring funny thing was the fat Panda that kept falling on his big behind. I am not one who takes this genre over the top. Meaning, I don't frown or curse whenever I see lightfoot in action or whenever two enemies are flying about. I believe all this to be true, or at least, I wish it so much to be true that I want to believe it. So, based on my personal opinions and beliefs, poking fun at the whole kung-fu genre doesn't sit well with me. The Chinese can fly, damn it! I guess personal beliefs and preferences really impacts one's rating of movies. For example, my most despised genre is horror. I hate being scared and watching gore on film. That being said, I wouldn't give any horror flick anything over a 6. Hmm. This is a rather interesting concept I've just really put my finger on. This is true across the board for everyone. A top notch American critic could never give any Korean movie the type of rating I would give because I understand it better. Hmm. Very interesting. A critics' opinions and preferences matter whenever a rating system is taken into consideration because there is a lot of bias towards the final score. HMMM. How very neat and interesting? Never really spelled it out like this before. I sort of came to this conclusion because of member reviews on Netflix, I think. There is a 'percentage similar to you' feature that rates raters according to my tastes. Sub-consciously, I think I placed more importance on those reviews from raters with similar taste. I'l try to keep this in mind and share with you my opinions on certain subjects and topics. Nice. Anyways, because I've babbled on so, I think we're OK with just this one review. Bye for now!

I promise I wasn't tickling you Zachary Chun.

Hello Zach. I just wanted to make sure this image was added and published because it completes the set. You are so genuinely happy, as I was. I think this is my favorite set of photos with you. Yeah, I'm sure of it. I'll check back with you later to do my two. Bye!
TH, 090326 @ 8:51AM

FRI, 090327 @ 4:52AM
Good Morning to you, Zach. How was your week? I suppose I should start with some announcements. First, today is the day that I added the slide show for 23839 Walnut St in Torrance. I came across my 'homes' folder and there was this very special set. I'm so proud of it that I had to share it with you. It took over a year for me to complete and I couldn't have been happier with the result. It definitely deserves a play by play so I'll do one soon. Probably on tomorrows posting. The other thing I wanted to share was the fact that people all over the world are inadvertently coming across this blog. One guy did some weird search with the word 'Samoa' in it and you know how I love using it. There were about 10 international visitors of the past 100. Very interesting. It's telling me that the body of this blog matters in terms of search results. Maybe I should start using keywords like Ben-10 or Bakugan in my postings. That way, you'll run across me whenever you do any Google search. I doubt 'Zachary Ryan Chun' will be your very first Google. I should guess all of the different words you may search for and include them into the body of this blog in order to increase our chances of finally meeting. That's a pretty huge task, I must say. Bakugan. Ben-10. Spiderman. LOL. I could do this for days and days. Anyways, thought I'd throw that in. I believe I left off at Hero...
Indiscreet - IGIA8. This movie stars two of my favorite classic actors, Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman. It can be considered a period piece because it shows how things were back in the '50s. However, when it was made and released, it was very current, so it has become a period piece with time. This is a very important concept in movies. Only through movies, can we envision a time in history as best as we can. Reading history books can't relay such minor details such as mannerisms, speech, politeness, and so on. I have recently developed a huge favor towards 18th and 19th century England by viewing many of Jane Austen's novels made to movies. There was a distinct difference in class and the upper class was ridiculously lavished. There are dozens and dozens of films out there that shows how people dressed, how they talked, and how they related to one another in different places in different times. Going back to this review. Uh-hum, sorry. Ingrid Bergman is a famous movie star who is having a difficult time settling down with someone because of her fame and wealth. Cary Grant is a world-renowned diplomat that steals her heart. Because of her status, she's cautious and suspicious. The beauty of this film is its delivery of lost innocence. People were so innocent and classy then. Their mere dialogue presents a mysterious level of innocence unheard of these days. I loved this movie for doing just that. What was proper then and how people were treated and treating others is something totally different from how things are now. You'll enjoy this as much as I did because it is a classy classic.
Juno - IGIA7. Ironically, this movie is similar to Indiscreet but at the same time, completely different on many levels. Teenage pregnancy was unheard of back then, but in today's culture, it is something that is widely addressed and discussed. So much so that a movie about the subject was made. This film is about a teenager who decides to give up her baby to a wanting couple who has been having difficulties conceiving their own. It is a rather difficult subject matter even by today's standards, but they pull it off rather well. None of the cast members have ulterior motives and everyone is honest to the very end. It's a cute comedy that shows many of the follies and difficulties of adolescence and allows a teenager to tell the whole world that everything is 'OK'. Two very modern films that depicts the sign of the times. Funny. Until tomorrow, son. Bye! Oh yeah, kiss your sister for me today. I feel like a kiss. And hug yourself real hard for me and imagine with me that it's your old man spreading some love. Bye.

Bless you Zachary Chun.

TH, 090326 @ 8:21AM
Hello Zach. OMG, bless you! Oh no, you're going to sneeze! Everyone, look out! RUN! Can you believe the uploads still aren't finished? It's been over 12 hours. Oh, my. Anyways, whenever I have a bunch of images I want to add from my Picasa dropbox, I have this strange need to publish a post. I use to wonder about what I was going to pass the time with, but since I'm on this movie rating run, it's a breeze to step onto stage for my fifteen minutes of fame. That's a description that an artist by the name of Andy Warhol . He claimed that everyone has lived, or will experience, 15 minutes of fame. It's a widely used expression describing a person's 'chance' to shine. Anyways. Allow me to mosey on to my two flicks for the day.
Hulk - IGIA8. Finally, they were able to make a decent film about the Incredible Hulk. Oh, this is the one starring Edward Norton. There was an attempt like 10 years ago by Eric Bana but that one flat out splattered. I had to bump this one up a notch because the special effects are really, really good. Aside from being totally believable, they went way out in their attempts to show the jaw-dropped audience just how strong the Hulk really is. I also liked the fact that Bruce Banner, the human scientist that turns into the Hulk, was well portrayed as the loner, wondering scientist who is dead set on finding a cure. This little twist adds to the comic character's realism and also brings us, the audience, closer to him. This one should be watched in complete surround sound on Blu-Ray or high def.
Ice Age - IGIA7. Hmm. I wondered for a while about the details of the plot in order to write a decent review for this film. I just remember clearly that muscat-kinda animal and the woolly mammoth. The animation was top notch so the viewing experience was exceptional. There was some need to migrate somewhere for some reason. Whatever it was, it was the trip that made the movie fun. That reminds me of some other animations...
Shark Tale - IGIA8. There is a lot of satire in this star studded cast. Between every line is an innuendo towards something adult which gives all audiences something to laugh at. That's always a subtle key to a successful animation. There has to be just enough for everyone to bite on so that everyone can enjoy it. The plot has something to do with a shark slaying flounder who works at a Car Wash. It sounds funny, but it somehow works. I enjoyed watching this film and I think I'll enjoy it even more the second time around. That's a little secret for a select few films. Some movies are simply better the second time around. I think this qualifies. Anyways son, I wish you many happy days and I can't wait until I hug you and kiss you over and over. Bye for now!

Zachary Chun wants to kiss his Dad.

TH, 090326 @ 2:43AM
Hello my Zach. I went through a bunch of photos again and because I so love this photo session, I posted yet another picture from this day. I know, it's similar to the ones before, but who cares, right? Anyways. How are you doing? Fine, I hope. I would like to be there to help you through all of the difficulties of childhood, but your mother's an animal so she's keeping us apart. I just hope you'll make contact with me soon. I figured out an easy, useful labeling system for my rating scale. Oh, BTW, pronounce it ah-ghee-yah, like 'baby'. I-GI-A. Get it? Here's the easier, simple definition of my rating system.
IGIA0-6 - Don't bother.
IGIA7 - You can, if you want.
IGIA8 - You should watch it.
IGIA9 - You must watch it.
IGIA10 - You will watch it.
A lot easier, right? I thought this little descriptive scale would make it easier for you. Usually, rating systems are on a 1-5 scale, but in my book, because anything '10' is best, I went with the second set of fives. Anyways. Here are my two for the day. Oh, the photos coming up are under the file, 'Our Family Photos'. There are about 10 sets, and they're all being uploaded as we speak, and it should take like all night. I'll post those links tomorrow or so. Who knows.
House of Flying Daggers - IGIA7. I should know the Chinese director of some of these movies. I think this is the same guy that made 'Hero'. That'll be my next IGIA (ah-ghee-yah). This film is an on going adventure about a secret society of rebels starring Ziyi Zhang. Uh, I think I have her name right. There are many artistic fighting sequences that leaves the viewer in awe of the ancient Chinese secret of kung-fu. This is a break from traditional, uh, darn, I forgot what it's called when foreign films are translated...voice-over? Darn. HW! It show life back in the days, so the attire and cinematography is exceptionally well done. The plot isn't too memorable, but the fighting sequences are well shot and very pleasing to watch. You'll like this one, watch it.
Hero - IGIA8. One of Jet Li's top 3 best films. There is a scene in the calligraphy school with arrows that you will never, ever forget. Every last shot of this film was well planned and precisely executed. It's colorful, artsy, and glamorously flamboyant. Jet Li was at the peak of his game when he made this film, so every fight sequence is unbelievably shot to perfection. Don't miss this one, you'll love it as much as I do.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - IGI8. This movie came to mind when I was thinking about the director of these films, so I've included it here. I think this film was the most lucrative Chinese movie to be shown on US screens. It stars Chow Yun Fat and Ziyi Zhang. (You know what, I should know her name and be able to spell it correctly. BRB) Wow, I was spelling it right. Good for me. It also stars Michelle Yoo, a well-known kung-fu artist who's even made it to a Bond film. There are many memorable scenes in this movie. One is their use of 'lightfoot' as they chase each other on the rooftops. Oh, in case you don't know, the Chinese can fly. Then there is that sword fight on the bamboo trees. The plot is well written and you are constantly trying to flip the page as the plot thickens and develops. The same director probably did all three of these movies because they are so similar. Hmm. I wish I knew the director of these films. I should, you know. Oh, I know. HW! It's a fun one so turn that frown upside down, son. Anyways, I've overstayed my welcome today I believe. Until next time.

This is a photo of Dad & Dad, Zachary Chun.

WED, 090325 @ 7:27AM
Good Morning, son. I get so excited about posting a link to this .doc file that I went the extra mile and stayed up all night. Remember, this file is where I take proofreading seriously, so whatever spelling or grammatical errors I make on this blog, you can and should ignore. I'm up to a whopping 177 pages! Wow. Sure, they include photos as well, but that's still a lot. I have never written anything remotely close, even though a lot of this is just me babbling. Here it is:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=80T1A1GN
I hope you find this blog as interesting as I do. Anything and everything I have always hoped to share with you, I'm publishing onto these pages. I suppose you could somewhat call it my daily journal, but it's not really because I don't have the privacy that I would with a journal. By definition, a journal is a personal, private recording of one's thoughts and ideas. These postings are more like letters I'm writing you, except I don't know if you've received any of them. In fact, I know you haven't yet because you haven't made contact yet. Until you do, I will routinely, on a daily basis, publish as much as I can. Again, I don't want you to ever think that your father has abandoned you in any way. This blog should prove to you the exact opposite. Whatever reasons you are being given by that animal you call a mother, in regards to why I haven't made contact, are all lies because I love you and your sister very much forever. Anyways, sigh. I miss you guys very much and I can't get over this empty feeling in my heart. I'm terribly sad every day because that dog is being a bitch. Again with the negatives. Sorry. Remembering to refrain from the negativity, I'll continue on with my movie reviews.
Forbidden Kingdom - IGIA7. As with Curse of the Golden Flower, this movie teams up two of the biggest names in Chinese cinema. Jet Li and Jackie Chan. They are the two biggest kung-fu stars to date and for the first time, they team up for this movie. Uh, that's about all I can say about this film. The plot is very poorly written, the acting is mediocre, and the scenes are overly dramatic and unbelievable. I think the need for these two powerhouses to finally team up was the pushing factor behind this film. The idea was bigger than the actual plan. I'm being very, very generous with my IGIA simply because I am a huge fan of Jet Li. He is, by far, my favorite kung-fu actor. I will do an entire posting later, just on him. Also one for Alfred Hitchcock, Star Wars, Star Trek, and uh, maybe one for period pieces. Forgive me, I'm getting ahead of myself.
Hancock - IGIA7. This is a superhero flick with an intriguing twist. Hancock is an all-powerful, uncaring, drunk?!? What an incredible oxymoron. My curiosities about the premise of this movie was the driving force behind my need to see this film more than anything else. The theme of an uncaring superhero gets old very fast. One scene showing his carelessness about this world is enough, but they replay it over and over. The effects are very extreme because his powers are extreme. I guess you need to see all of the other superhero movies to be able to enjoy all of the sarcasms of this movie. It does have a totally unexpected twist, but it doesn't really make any sense. You know what? Skip this film. Yeah, that's it. Next! LOL, that's my two for today. Again, I noticed how engulfed I get whenever I speak about movies rather than pointing out the terrible situation that we are all in. It's for the better I suppose. TTYT!

Zachary Chun is Spiderman!

WED, 090325 @ 2:00AM
Hiya Zach. This is one of those loose photos that I uploaded because you and I took it. I love every last picture I have with you. This was taken on your second Halloween when you were buffed out as Spiderman! I'm so much happier than you, can you tell? In my frantic rush to ketchup, I noticed, or rather forgot, that this is the 80th posting. You know what that means, right? Time to upgrade your .doc file. Yae! Well, I get excited over it because it is a true file that captures, or rather archives, all of these words and photos after a proper proofreading. Remember, I post the link to the .doc file the day after the commemorating post so that it's all inclusive, so you'll have to hold your horses until tomorrow. Allow me to continue on with my rating venture so that I can finally, finally ketchup.
The Devil Wears Prada - IGIA8. This is a comedy starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway that pokes fun of the illustrious world of fashion. Even though the characters, mainly Meryl Streep, is stretched to the limit, we can relate somewhat because there are enough references to our daily lives. The overbearing, unbelievable boss is someone we can all relate to. I found this movie very entertaining because of Meryl's portrayal of her character. Much kudos to her. There are questions of loyalty and devotion that are intriguingly brought up and the results of these factors are somewhat surprising to a certain extent. Rarely have I wanted to see more of a character as I did Meryl. She is the most celebrated, highest ranking actress, ever, by my book. She has played many different roles in dozens of movies and delivered in spades in every performance.
Finding Nemo - IGIA9. My favorite of all Pixar animations, even behind Toy Story. What makes this adventure wonderful is the fact that Nemo's father is on an ongoing, relentless quest to find his only son. This undertone carries with it a suspenseful desire for success all throughout the movie. There are so many supporting characters that lend to the success of this fantastic movie, from Dora, to the gnarly turtle dude, and even the fearful shark. Even though the outcome is a joyous event, I could watch this film over and over again to revel myself in the suspenseful adventure. I know you saw this film but I can't wait until we see it again someday so that we can discuss the many funny references and innuendos.
Well, that wraps up another ten fine postings. I'm really glad to have been able to find some sort of avenue of discussion away from all of the negativity. I think it makes a lot more sense that I rate and review movies beyond your abilities to enjoy them rather than bad mouthing your animal of a mother. Whenever I share with you my thoughts on the particular movie in question, I don't for a second think about the terrible situation that we're in. Escapism, if you will. Movies are somewhat recession-proof because they allow viewers to take a step outside of reality. That is what this is doing for me, and I hope for you. Anyways son, tomorrow, I shall update your .doc file and post the link after making all of the needed corrections. Til then, goodnight.

Our FIRST time in a pool, Zachary Chun.

WED, 090325 @ 12:24AM
Hiya Zach. I know, you're probably embarrassed by this photo, but it was the very FIRST time that we got into a pool together. It was during that trip up to Modesto, at the Hotel. It was and still is, a very special day, so just deal with it. You're probably at that age now where everything embarrasses you, but you'll have to accept the fact that your old man isn't phased by much in life. Anyways, I'm on a posting run, so I'm DLing all of these maybe photos that I uploaded to Picasa so that I can finally ketchup. Oh, BTW, I forgot to mention to you that my lack of daily postings was deteriorating your Google search results for whatever reason. Oh, I was shocked. At best, you were 1-8 on page one, but yesterday, you were only 1-2! Can you believe that. Oops. Just remembered I wasn't going to talk about that with you on these postings. Anyways, it was something that bothered me tremendously so I had to share even though I promised I wouldn't. I get a pass today, OK? Going back to my posting run...
The Bucket List - IGIA7. (I should lay down some ground rules here. You're only a kid now, so many of these movies won't appeal to you in any way. Kid movies are only a small fraction of the hundreds of good movies out there, so I'm going to rate adult movies too. This blog's going to exist forever and ever, so use the post label to sort out those postings with movie review that you can refer back to as an adult. Uh, was I clear? I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'll be recommending all movies and I'll just have to trust that you'll refrain from watching them until you're more age appropriate. Anyways.) This is the kind of movie that adults watch and enjoy because it does what every man or woman wants to do before they 'kick the bucket'. It was plesant in that it touches on many of those factors that both men and women oftentimes contemplate before its too late. Although the premise of the movie is that of death, it does take you on a rollercoaster ride of thrills that we can only imagine or watch in movies. I enjoyed it because it takes you away from the finallity and doom of death and celebrates the wonders of life. Definitely watch this one as a, adult in your 30s to realize and relate to all of the adventures.
Curse of the Golden Flower - IGIA9. By far, this has to be my favorite Chinese flick of all time. Reason number one is that it stars my two favorite Chinese actors. Chow Yun Fat and Gong Li. They are the Emperor and Empress of China during some dynasty in this fantastically cimagraphed epic drama. It didn't matter to me that many of the shots and scenes were elaborately egagerated to overplay the sights and sounds of the time. I am a fan of reality, but this melodrama, I accepted and enjoyed. The plot in itself is to be highly praised because it shows the life of the royalist of families and the tragedies that befall them. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and this is one that you cannot miss.

I found it Zachary Chun.

TUE, 090324 @ 11:52PM
Hello Zach. I'm still very troubled by the fact that these posting leave me feeling negative and angry. To fill the time, I watch a lot of movies. Then it occurred to me. Viola! I'll do mass movie reviews to finally catch up! Sound like a plan? Well, that's what I will be doing, so bear with me, OK? I'm gonna go through my DVD collection and pull out those movies I can recommend to you at your age now. See? Already I'm feeling chipper and uppidy because I'm not thinking about those damn animals. You ready? Here goes!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I'll be doing two reviews per post. I think it'll be long enough, don't you think? Anyways.
Bee Movie - IGIA8. This is Jerry Seinfeld's comical view over the world of bee's and the various roles and duties that they have. The premise of the movie seems rather simple and unattractive, but once you interpret all of the inner dialogue along with their many innuendos, it becomes a lot more appealing. So much so, in fact, I bumped this rating up a notch. There are more than enough effects to keep any child tuned, and the whimsical and insightful dialogue keeps any adult at bay with a constant smile. This movie touches on many, many factors in life. Family, love, honor, duty, etc. I think you'll enjoy it as a kid and enjoy it even more as an adult, as I have.
Big Bang Theory, Season One - IGIA9. This isn't a movie; it's a comedy on CBS. I was hesitant to choose my favorite sitcom of all time between Three's Company, Seinfeld, and Married with Children before this show came along. And here it is folks, the official announcement of my favorite sitcom of all time. The Big Bang Theory! There you have it folks. I think the biggest reason why I love this show so much is because I can relate to it more than any other show, ever. There are scenes in this sitcom that is so genuinely personal and funny that no one has ever been even close to touching base with me on these issues. On some nerdy tangent that the character's take, I find myself with my jaw dropped open because I say to myself, "Oh my God, I've done that too! Did I just hear right? Rewind it!". This little scene has occurred many, many times on many episodes. I guess you can say that this show talks to me in ways no other show has even come close to tapping into. Keep in mind that I love this sitcom primarily because it speaks to me on a very personal level, so you may not feel all of the wonders that I feel. Enjoy this series when you, too, have declared yourself a proud nerd and you'll feel me. OK?
Well, I think that's a pretty good start. I'll do Samoa and ketchup. CYA!

Still looking very proud, Zachary Chun.

TUE, 090324 @ 2:43AM
Hello again, Zachary. Wow, it's been awhile, hasn't it? I'm still determined to write one post per day, so bear with me as I try to catch up. I use to not post similar photos, but because of the great need, I'm using the photo above. I've got a confession I need to make, I suppose. I noticed on my last posting, that I get very negative and upset every time I do this. The longer we're separated, the more it hurts, and the angrier I get. I'm having difficulty trying to keep this civilized, but the bottom line tells me how wrong this whole situation is. What is the bottom line? Your mother is a dog and she's keeping you guys away from me. That's the bottom line. Why she's doing this is simple. Her real dad, not that dumb fuck John, was OK with the fact that he had a daughter and let Esther run away to America with her. Him, being an animal himself, didn't care that he had flesh and blood abroad and simply ignored his duties. You can't really blame Esther for doing what she did because he slept around, but look at what it did to your mother. She's scarred in more ways than anyone can know, and now, she's doing it to us. Why, you ask? Hell if I know. The only thing I do know is that every last animal in that family in Pusan all thinks he or she can do better by getting a divorce. I don't hate any of them, I feel sorry for them. I just want to live my life with you guys and ignore them all because they are dirty shit. See what I mean when I say that I get negative? I get like this every time I even think about them because they are so damn dirty. TTong Gae sshee bahr rohm duhr. Anyways, TTYL. I'll try not to bring any of them up. Blah.

That's my proud look, Zachary Chun.

TH, 090319 @ 7:24AM
Hello Zach. This photo was taken by yours truly, on your second New year's eve. I always loved having you by my side, so to commemorate the special occasion, I snapped this photo. How are you doing these days? I think about you and your sister very much, and the longer I'm away from you guys, the harder it's getting. Your mother is an animal. Her whole family are a bunch of dogs that sniff asses and hump whoever happens to be walking by, just like dogs. Anyways. I'm posting this today because it's bothered me a great deal that I have been so behind lately. I don't have a particular reason of any sorts. Just wanted to somehow catch up. At least these photos make these postings somewhat meaningful. I think I'll only be one day behind after this. OMG, I just remembered how I was including emails to your dog of a mother with these postings. She doesn't respond to any of my attempts, so I haven't given much thought. It's been awhile, so lemmie go do that right now. BRB.

090319 email to your mother
Whatever troubles you've had in your past in regards to family doesn't give you the right to keep my kids away from me. Your biological father was a dog so he chose to sleep around as he pleases. Your mother is dying from Hepetitis C because she was and may possibly still is an IV drug user of smack. That's your history and your problem. Why are you denying my children from me? Who do you think you are? The longer this goes on, the greater my anger and the more resentful my children will be towards you. I will make sure your parents never step foot on this country again for being the criminals that they are. You can run, but you cannot hide. I promise you this.

- Jason

I suppose I could vent my frustrations out to her in order to get my point across. Guys, know the truth. Your mother is keeping you guys away from me because she is a dog. Period. I will keep on blogging everything that I know because the truth will hurt her more than anything else. I'll make sure I tell you of all of the various stories that's made your mother weird. She thinks she's some God's gift when in fact, she's a dog, born to a friggin drug user who'll die any day now. Are you in pain, Esther? Awww. I'm so sad to hear that. Hurry up and die already so your daughter can give up this fight with my kids. I hate you all and this blog will bring my kids back to me because what you are doing is wrong. Eat a bone and chill. CYA Zach.

This is the before picture, Zachary Chun.

WED, 090318 @ 2:48PM
Hello again, Zach. This is the before picture from yesterday's posting. We came out so good, I had to post it even though its almost identical. Hope you don't mind. I certainly don't. To continue on with yesterday's lesson, I wanted to share with you file structure for computers. Everything on a computer can be replaced because of the wonderful world of the world wide web. That means, the only files that is important and of any relevance are those files that you create. A homework assignment written on Word, or a math problem solved in Excel, or even photos you take. These files are uniquely yours because you created them and they're the ones of any value. That means, you have to keep them in your My Documents folder and periodically back them up. Any time you do something major, you should consider backing up your files. For example, if you download a bunch of great photos from a birthday party, consider backing up your My Documents folder. I use to burn DVD's any time anything important was placed into My Document folder. Some years ago, 4.5 GB's was huge, but nowadays, that's not much. My photos take up about 8 discs and I have several copies of these sets. I consider these files to be of the utmost importance so I made various copies, multiple times. These days, prices have gone down for external USB drives, so I just backup everything onto these drives. The thing to remember here is that anything that you create is the only thing important on a computer, so you should treat these files differently and back them up as often as you can. OK, that's that. The next thing I want to share with you is the importance of knowing file extensions. A file extension is a three letter designation of the type of file that it is. Some important file extensions I can name off the top of my head are .exe, .pdf, .xls, .jpg, .doc, .txt, .bmp, .mp3, .mov, .flv, and .avi. There are dozens more. What these things are, are designations of the type of file that it is. For example, .exe are executable files, or applications. They're usually hidden from view by default but that doesn't mean you should know what they are. HW! Sorry guy, but this is very important, so I'm going to give you a HW assignment. Under the tools option from any open folder, scroll down to 'folder options'. The last tab is titled 'file types'. Under this tab are all of the registered file types on the computer that you are on. These are the registered file extensions. I want you to go through every one of these known file types and write an Excel spreadsheet. Column A will be titled 'file extension', column B will be 'file types', and column C will include the names of the programs that it 'opens with'. Many of these extensions are system files so you won't have to deal with them. Also, many different types of programs can open the same file type, but Windows only designates one program that it will open with, so write that down. It would be too redundant and unnecessary to know all of the programs that are capable of opening up a certain file extension. Okay, I think I'm done here. Just remember the main file types and be aware of their existence because it will help you to understand those items in your My Document folder for you to back up. I know this may all be way too much for you, but it is important so I had to share. Consider this HW a WIP and take your time with it and add to it whenever you come across something new. Anyways, I think I'm done now. Promise. Kiss Rachel for me and tell her how much her daddy loves her and misses her. And that goes for you too, Zach. What can we do? We are surrounded by friggin animals. TTYL!

Zachary Chun's second Christmas.

WED, 090318 @ 10:15AM
Hiya Zach. I've moved on from the Amusement Park folder down to the Holiday's folder. The photo above is from your second Christmas. Look at how you have Thomas the Tank Engine in your left hand and Percy in the other. I loved how you loved Thomas so much. And look at our goofy faces. The definition of happy. I started mentioning yesterday about photos. Well, I went through a great deal of folders and managed to upload a good number to use on postings. However, I'm at a crossroads in terms of uploading sets for you. There were too many with them damn Song animals, and there is no way I want them to have any of them, even though they're all animals. I didn't have this problem before because I was going through your folders, so I uploaded every set I came across. Now, I have to be somewhat selective. It's not an issue when I pull out good photos like the one above, but in regards to the entire album or folder, I have to be selective. Anyways, I'll probably have one or two links sometime today. Oh, and boy oh boy, do I want to ketchup already. I hate this ill feeling about being days behind. I'm a head, dammit! Maybe that's why I'm just blabbering about without any direction or purpose today. Maybe I just want to fill in enough just so that I can move onto Monday's posting that I should have done Monday. Well, at least I have a photo I can use for the post. That reminds me. A whole mess of these photos are of Rachel. She was only a baby when I took most of these photos, but nonetheless, she was smiling crazy in most of them because she is so much like her old man, me! If you ever wonder why she's so crazy happy all the time, remember that. It's cuz her old man is crazy happy, too. Anyways, I think I filled enough for me to move on to the next day, don't you think? I have to run some errands right now, so I'll talk with you again when I get back. For now, remember how much I love you and your sister. Bye for now.

Zachary Chun and Rachel Chun are two of my favorite things.

TUE, 090317 @ 11:58PM
Hello Zach.  I'm a bit behind, aren't I.  My apologies.  I've been thinking about the various ways to catch up and I couldn't really think of anything non-negative.  I've been going through a bunch of photos, and the more I dig through them, the more bitter and hateful I get.  Every last picture captured a good, memorable event.  Things we take for granted and overlook.  Oh wells.  I did have this thought though.  It's kinda like HW, so bare with me.  This is my two minute lesson I give noobs on computers.  When comparing different systems, there are three key bits of information you need to know.  1) Processor, 2) RAM, and 3) size of hard drive.  Of course there are many other factors to consider such as FSB memory, the speed of the HDD, and so on.  For our purposes here, let's keep it simple.  When comparing systems, these three items are the main factors.  In order to understand these numbers, I compare these numbers to a simple, everyday scenario.  Specifically, a computer is no more than a man sitting at an office desk.  The processor can be compared to the person him/her self.  The faster and newer it is, the smarter the person is.  That is, the better the processor, the smarter the computer.  Simple, right?  That one's easy.  The second piece is the amount of RAM available.  Interpret this as the size of the desk that this person is sitting behind.  With minimal RAM, you have a small desk.  No matter how smart you are, if your desk is small, you can't get much done.  You can open a book, but if you have to open another book, the first book has to be put away in order to continue working.  On the flipside, if you have a large desk, you can have dozens of books open and reference them easily just by moving open books around.  Here, books refer to applications.  A computer with lots of RAM is capable of performing many tasks because there is plenty of memory available to leave a whole mess of books open on your desktop.  Therefore, size of RAM eauals size of desk.  Again, simple.  Right?  Last is the size of the HDD.  Compare this to the size of a person's filing cabinet.  This is where everything is store.  Photos, videos, applications, and so on.  If you're smart, you can open up many, many books on your large desk, those items you pulled out of your rather large file cabinet.  The key to having a good system is the ability to balance these three factors evenly.  You can be the smartest person in the world, but if you have a small desk and a small filing cabinet, you won't be able to do much.  Another example is that if you're not too bright, but you have a huge desk with a room full of filing cabinets, you won't get anything done.  Or, if you are smart and your desk is huge compared to others, you won't have the opportunity to do anything if your filing cabinet is small.  You following me?  Lastly, you can be Einstein sitting behind a hugh desk, but if your filing cabinet is very small in comparison with others, there won't be enough available to do.  Do you get it?  These three factors have to weigh in just right so that this person, or your computer system, can perform many tasks on a huge desk.  Knock any of the three items down and you have productivity loss, or simply, a bad computer. I've used this explanation with dozens and dozens of people.  When a retailer prints out these numbers in their descriptions of the system being sold, it's ignore a majority of times because people just don't understand these numbers.  For example, the computer I'm posting from, is a processor by Intel running at about 1GB.  That's not fast compared with the new systems that is utilizing dual processors.  That's like having two brains!  Ya get it?  I also have 1GB ram and a 300 GM HDD.  I built this computer myself and it took me awhile to get everything just right.  Well, I hope I made some sense.  This is a very crucial exercise and practice because it will come up many more times that you can imagine.  Anyways, that's it for now.  BYE!

It's Friday, Zachary Chun!

SAT, 090314 @ 1:16AM
Hiya Zach. I was going to post a couple of hours ago, but I received confirmation of a dispute result from a credit bureau, so I've been working on that for the last couple of hours. I'm too tired now to write anything meaningful or relevant, even though I usually don't, so I'll just go ahead and publish these few words with the image above. Anyways son, I'll TTYL!
SAT, 090314 @ 1:20AM

MON, 090316 @ 10:49AM
Hello Zach. Oh no! I got real lazy this weekend, didn't I? Anyways, hello! I had this thought. I know it's very important that the daily developments of Google search results be followed, but by the time we finally meet, it'll no longer matter. My only motivation in SEO results is for you to find me. I won't care about it anymore after we meet. So, even though it's a big part of this blog right now, I shouldn't be talking about it to you on postings. It'll all become a moot point once you read these words, so whatever twists or turns that whole deal makes, it won't matter. Do you follow? Who cares about search results once we meet? Therefore, I will no longer speak to you about any of the changes or developments in terms of Google's search results. There. I'm always trying to figure out how to improve this blog for you and I think this little rule will make a vast improvement. Anyways. Oooh, I haven't Googled you today. Sorry, this will be the very, very last time I ever speak of it. Promise. BRB.
Anyways. Ouch, this is suppose to be Friday's posting, so I've got a bit of work to do. I know I ran out of photo sets, so lemmie go through another whole set and upload 'em. Uh, talk to you tomorrow? (not really cuz I'll be publishing Saturday's post pretty soon). Bye!

A sandbox for Zachary Chun.

WED, 090311 @ 11:28PM
Hello Zach. Another day, another 10 postings. What does that mean? Why, a link to the .doc file, silly. Here it is:
zacharyryanchun.blogspot.com - 090312
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=87ZW4QA6
Remember, I'm doing the corrections on this file because Word is much more capable than this web based spell check. It came out to 159 pages, BTW. That reminds me, do you know IDC? HW! Anyways. I love the photo above because it was something I did just for you. You loved playing in the dirt in the back yard, so I decided to build you a sandbox. This was the first day of my little project under the ficus tree. I believe I had to buy 10 bags of sand to cover the area. 50 lb. bags x 10 bags = 500 pounds! Oh my! Look at Rachel doing what you're doing just because you are her older brother. She turned 1 about a week prior. And look at how happy you are. I hope you remember my project because it meant a lot to me. Anyways, I was excited to publish the above link and wanted this photo to be posted. I shall continue on with my routine manana. For now, have a nice day. Oh, and kiss Rachel for me today. Why? Just kiss her and tell her that her dad loves her very much. I miss you. Bye!

Hello, little buddy. I had the thought that I would get better search results if I went ahead and set up your home pages. Why not? Money, I suppose. I'd need to pay someone to host your site. Look for it, it'll be coming soon. I'd like to tell you of my various ways in which I'm getting money these days, but I'm afraid your mother will somehow steal that away from me too. So, when all is ready, I'll set up your homepages so that I can better search results. I haven't really done much to your social networking pages even though they sometimes come up. Anyways, this is all a huge WIP so I'll update you as events arise. Let me see...Oh yeah. I got three new movies today. Trainspotting, Shoot 'em Up, and Sahara. A fairly good mix of flix. I'll have a good night enjoying these films. Let me see...why did I post...uh, I guess its cuz you're always on my mind and I just wanted to talk to you. I hope all is well with you. And Rachel, of course. Who do I love more? You or Rachel? I love you both equally! BRB, dad's calling.
Back, Zach. Hmm. The usual phrase here is, back Jack, but Zach rhymes with back so back Zach works. Lemmie see. Back, c, d, e, flack, hack, Jack, mack, knack, pack, rack, tack, wack, Zach! These are the rhymes for Zach! Don't abuse it Zach. That would be wack. I have a knack for making a pack for Zach so he can mack and not hack. Huh? Kinda works, doesn't it? I'll do Rachel's rhymes when it's appropriate, but I'm scared because what rhymes with Rachel?!? Oh wells. I guess you could call today 'babblelicious'. A little bit of this, and a little bit of that, zach. Oh my, that, works too! Zach, did you hack that tack? Ok, enough with the rhymes. Do you remember your sand box, son? I remember it very well because I strained myself so much. And I loved seeing you play in it because you were very creative with all of your Thomas the Tank Engines. I'll treasure that moment for all eternity. You know, there is one good thing in you being over there in Korea. Your Korean's going to improve immensely. Just remember that you are an American citizen and that here, in these United States, is your home. Lemmie see...what can I babble more about now?!? You know what, I'm curious about the cost of hosting a web page, so lemmie go check it out. BRB.
Ouch, it costs $56.88 a year. That's kinda steep. Oh wells. I'll inform you of any events or what have you. Anyways, I've kinda run out of stuff to babble about today, so I guess I'll sign off here. Hmm. What label should I use for this post?!? Lemmie go check out the list of labels and see if one is appropriate. BRB.
No, nothing really fits. I guess I'll make up a new one today. I know, I'll call it 'babble'. Uh, that's kinda what I did today, no? There is that link to the .doc file above...Lemmie go check again. BRB.
Nope, there isn't one for that either. We don't need a label for the postings with .doc file link because the most recent is all inclusive. There won't be a need for you to see previous posts with the .doc link because the latest posting will have all of it. Do you kinda get it? Anyways, bye for now, Zach. Oooh, maybe a label called 'rhymes'. Naw, that's dumb. CYA!

How old are you, Zachary Chun?

TUE, 090310 @ 12:41PM
Hiya Zach. The photo above was taken at Universal Studios. You wanted to ride in that baby cart, so I asked you how old you were. You proudly answered 3! Again, I'm very biased, but I love that picture of you. My greatest gift from this blog thus far has been the ability to look through the hundreds of folders to pull out the very best. Let me see...I know I don't have a folder set to post...I've depleted the 'Amusement Park' set...I suppose I could mosey on down and go to the next set of photos...or I could do something different. Hmm. What should I do today? I don't know yet. Lemmie give it some thought and get back to you, ok? Any time I see a good photo, I wanna publish a posting even though I don't have anything to talk about. That's what happened here. See? I'm babbling about nothing but still smiling because I managed to upload another great photo. Anyways, I'll TTYL!

Back again, Zach. I watched a rather unique movie last night, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you before my memories started to fade away.
7 Grand Masters - IGIA8. Of all the Chinese Kung-Fu movies I've seen to date, I can't think of another movie where the choreographed fight scenes were as vibrant and physically challenging as those in this film. Plot is the first thing to go in Kung-Fu movies. None of them have any sort of relevance or believability. Sometimes, they mock themselves for their lack of depth because it is a widely accepted practice. What makes a good Kung-Fu movie good, are the fight sequences. This movie delivers in spades in that department. From the very beginning, a Master scours the Chinese countryside in order to prove his designation as being the best by the king. He treks through hundreds of miles of countryside looking for and challenging other masters. He even picks up a new student on his journeys who later...well, you'll have to see for yourself. If you do watch this one, remember that the plot is crap, but I nudged an 8 because of the excellent, non-stop fight sequences.
Bye again.

Hi Zach. I've been checking the blog on and off to see what I could do...and...my answer is...not much. Oh wells. Every time I look over here, I'm curious about the search results so I end up opening up a new tab to do my order of searches. First, I google the web for 'Zachary Ryan Chun'. Then I switch it over to images. Next I remove 'Ryan' and repeat. Then I do 'Rachel Lauren Chun', images, minus the 'Lauren', then images. Finally, I do 'Jason T. Chun' and then 'Jason Chun'. Hmm, let me see... that's 12 Google searches in all. 'ZRC' has the strongest presence. I'm very pleased at the image results because I think you will do that search too. Today is the 70th day of 2009 so I'm eager to finish up this posting so that I can prepare my .doc file to upload tomorrow. So eager, in fact, I've already done most of it. I'm just missing this post and I'm up to about 155 pages already. Woo-Hoo! I'm so curious as to when you'll finally find me. I think I'll end up telling you about this blog before you 'run' into it online because it kills me to be away from you guys. The worst part is not knowing how you're doing. Your mother has a nightmare of a childhood because she was shuffled around from house to house and lived with strangers that took advantage of her. There is no way I want you guys to live through that shit because I am here for you. Your mother's father didn't care so she had to suffer like that, but I am on a mission to be there for you guys at every turn and at every corner. This is my start to making contact, but I have other tricks up my sleeve. Believe that. Anyways, I'm not in the mood to go off and write your mother an email because it'll get me down. Hang in there guys, I'll see you both very soon. Kisses.

I love my Zachary Chun.

SUN, 090308 @ 10:37AM
Hiya Zach. I'm posting this early because I love the photo above. I have your all wrapped around my legs and..oh, look. It's the day after Rachel's dohr. Hmm. Anyways, I just wanted to make sure this photo made it out there. HAND!

Finally! Hi Zach! Wow, it has been too long. I have waited 10 whole days. Ok. You ready? BRB.
Boo-hoo. Not the change I expected. You are search result 8 & 9 when you Google 'Zachary Chun'. I suppose that's a good thing. Oh yeah, image searches. BRB.
That improved. Under 'ZRC', you are search result 1-8, and under 'ZC', you are 1-3 & 5-8. That's right, I started this experiment to improve image search results. Well, that it has because I didn't get any results when searching 'Zachary Chun'. I guess you could call this a success. Anyways, I still believe that using your name in the title of posts promotes better search results, so I'll keep doing it. How are you today, Zach? As usual, I miss you very much and cannot wait to just hug you and your sister once again. I hope everything is well with you guys over there and simply wish for the best. Let me see...oh yeah. I think I have 1 last uploaded photo set, so let me go grab that link real quick. BRB.
Nope, I was wrong. It was an upload of the .doc file that I posted 9 days ago. Now I remember. I promised I'd go through yesterday's folder. BRB.
Again, sorry. There wasn't anything there worth pointing out. Do you remember Estelle, Zach? She was your nanny when you were just a baby. Job is her cousin or something who paid a Coyote $2,500 to be dropped off in L.A. from T.J. We had to cut a trip to Las Vegas short because he was waiting for us at the McDonald's on Western by the 10. It was funny because they wouldn't let him leave until he was paid. Anyways. There is one decent photo of the three of us as we rode up the Universal escalator and I'll probably use it for a posting in the future. The other thing is...oh yeah. A letter to that animal. BRB.

090310 email to your mother
This is yet another attempt to know the whereabouts of my children. I did not fight you over custody of my children for their sake. It is wrong to rip them out and away from their mother, as it is wrong to rip them out of their father. Whatever your problems are, deal with them. They no longer concern me for I no longer care. I'm in contact with you, and I will be forever, until you give me information about my kids. Do you really think I trust you for their welfare? You're an animal. Tell me where my children are.

- Jason

LOL. I hate her for what she's doing to you guys. I made the terrible mistake of sympathizing with her because I felt sorry for her. You guys didn't have a choice in the matter, but you are paying the price. I'm really sorry, guys. I will spend the rest of my life making it up to you guys. Forget about a happy home and a happy family. Your mother messed that up. You wouldn't believe it from the photos I've been posting. I still don't believe it myself. That's what you get for feeling sorry for an animal. Esther stole your mother and ran off to America when your mother was 3. Her father didn't even look for her because he didn't care for her or his new daughter. I am the extreme opposite. You guys are the center of my life and will remain so for all eternity. I will never stop my quest for us to be together again. Mark my words. Today, is this blog, tomorrow will be something new and worthwhile. Your mother cannot know the source of my motivation because she doesn't know how to love as deeply as I do. I will find you guys. I promise. I won't abandon you guys like your mother's father abandoned her because I am not an animal. Again, these hateful, evil thoughts and feelings. I am so disgusted by it. I so wish never to even breath another thought into that whole clan of animals. It sickens me. Sorry to end on such a down note, Zach. Never give up hope because I will never give up my search. It may be too much to ask of you now, to hate your mother for who she is, but in time, as you read this blog and learn of my thoughts and emotions, the truth will unveil itself. She's an animal. I love you and your sister very much. Have a nice week. TTYT!
